  • More gifts are redeemed between Thursday and Saturday—aligned with weekends, paydays, and occasions.

  • Cocktails are the most gifted item in FSR (Full-Service Restaurants), while coffee is the most gifted in QSR (Quick-Service Restaurants). 

  • 53% of gift requests are pending with no action taken.

  • Male check-ins are more frequent than female check-ins.

  • 51% of users have selected at least one favorite item. 

  • Users may face friction in completing the gifting process (as indicated by high pending gift requests).

  • Privacy preferences may affect gifting behavior.
